b) Newsletter Subscription and Helpdesk
If you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter or contact us for support, we may collect your name and email address to respond to your inquiries or send you updates.
c) Anonymized Usage Data

We use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics platform, to collect this anonymized usage data. TelemetryDeck does not store any personal identifiers and complies with GDPR. Users have the option to opt in or opt out of this data collection via app settings at any time. Data handled by TelemetryDeck is subject to their Privacy Policy.
2. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data on the following legal bases under Article 6 GDPR:
a) Consent — for newsletter subscriptions and optional support requests.
b) Performance of a Contract — for processing helpdesk requests or purchases.
c) Legitimate Interest — for analyzing anonymized usage data to improve our services.
